Version 4 increased sign-ups by 16% by narrowing the ICP and targeting her directly. 

But, the user base was still too small for meaningful feedback to improve uNetwrk.

And, users were not upgrading from free to premium accounts.

Where do you see improvements can be made?

My mentor and uNetwrk's software engineer agreed we should bring back the hype video I had edited and included in version 3 to replace the hero image that didn't add value. They also thought the product images could be updated and moved up the landing page to showcase the product.

Why aren't you upgrading to premium?

Users said 10 free contact cards was not enough for them to be invested in the platform. They preferred returning to free, manual tools over upgrading to a premium account.
