My story

One change. A 300 million dollar increase in revenue.

That’s impact. 

An e-commerce site replaced a register button with a continue button. It resulted in an additional 300 million dollars in revenue. 

While reading that story, I thought about the changes I made to lesson plans as an English as a Second Language teacher in South Korea. My students progressed because I sought to understand them better and took action on those insights.

The lessons I learned as a teacher carry over into my UX Design career. I enjoy understanding the user to provide the best possible experience for them.
