I was hired on a contract basis. When I was hired, they also brought on an additional UX Designer and three front-end developers to focus on UX design work.

Two months into my contract, the four other hires were let go due to budget cuts. Their projects were reassigned to me.

Scientists utilize a hub that collects and analyzes information from the public sphere related to substances of concern (SoC). It provides predictive insights that inform risk and risk avoidance. AI determines what terms are SoC and tags them.

Heart Monitor App

I designed the UI for an app that displayed the electrical activity of the heart on a watch. This was for a product that was in research and development. The project had a very tight deadline because the prototype was being shown at a tradeshow.

I wrote the copy for a redesign of DuPont’s internal website. My manager assigned this to me after I completed my UX writing certification.
